The state-of-the-art photovoltaic HgCdTe photodetectors use Fermionics' advanced liquid-phase epitaxial (LPE) growth and device technology. The versatility of the LPE technique assures the desired cut-off wavelength to be easily adjusted. The proprietary process yields in excellent photodetectors performance in the short-wave, mid-wave and long-wave infrared region with high quality and performance at affordable prices. Both P-on-N and N-on-P configurations are available.
