Fermionics Opto-Technology offers Large Area InGaAs photodiodes for instrumentation and sensing applications. Responsivity in the wavelength region 800 nm to 1700 nm is excellent. The WX-series features improved responsivity in the short wavelength region 600 nm to 800 nm. All of the devices listed below are fabricated with planar-passivated technology; photosensitive surfaces are broadband AR-coated.
