Fermionics Opto-Technology's FRL Series of long-wavelength optical receivers combine a high speed InGaAs photodiode with a low noise GaAs preamplifier in a compact 4-lead TO-style package. All three models offer low noise operation with wide dynamic range in the wavelength region 950 nm to 1650 nm.
